Alternative resolution of consumer disputes (ADR)
If you are a consumer and we cannot reach an amicable resolution, you have the right to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU and the applicable national legislation.

Online dispute resolution
The European ODR platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025. Online disputes are therefore handled by the competent national ADR bodies.
